This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is entered into between you and Shepherd's Staff ("Company"), and not with Apple, Inc., Google LLC, or any other platform provider. Shepherd's Staff is solely responsible for this software application and its content.
Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary to this agreement and has the right to enforce the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Shepherd's Staff grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this application solely for personal use and church organizational management purposes.
You agree to use the app solely for the benefit and betterment of your church members and in accordance with your church's policies and applicable laws.
You shall not grant user access credentials to any individual who does not hold a legitimate leadership role within your church organization.
The App, including all content, features, functionality, and design, is the exclusive property of Shepherd's Staff or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. SHEPHERD'S STAFF MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shepherd's Staff shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of income, loss of business, or any other indirect or consequential damages.

You agree not to use the App in any manner that constitutes abuse, misuse, or violation of this EULA.
This EULA is effective upon your first use of the App and continues as long as you use the App, subject to earlier termination as provided herein.
Shepherd's Staff will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of the App and provide technical support.
Continued use of the App following any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA.
You agree to comply with any third-party terms and conditions applicable to your use of the App.
You represent and warrant that you will comply with all applicable export laws and regulations in your use of the App.
If you become aware of abuse, misuse, or violations of this EULA, please report it immediately to support@shepherds.ch.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements you may have with Shepherd's Staff, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Shepherd's Staff regarding the App.
