We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password) and information about your church members that you enter into the app (names, contact details, dates, notes, and photos).
Your data is used solely to provide the Shepherd's Staff service — helping church leaders manage member information, communicate, and track contacts. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data is stored securely using Convex, a cloud database service. All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.
With your permission, we send push notifications for birthday reminders and group chat messages. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
Subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Stripe. We do not store payment card information. Subscription management and billing are handled by Apple or Stripe per their respective privacy policies.
You can delete member data within the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at support@shepherds.ch.
Shepherd's Staff is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
